Cette \u00e9quipe projet se r\u00e9unit tous les 6 mois, pour \u00e9changer en pr\u00e9sentiel et travailler leur coh\u00e9sion d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est dans ce cadre que je suis intervenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Besoin exprim\u00e9 par le client :<\/strong> Plaisir, L\u00e2cher-prise, rire, faire ensemble, coh\u00e9sion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;atelier : <\/strong>Pendant 2h30, toute l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 jou\u00e9 ensemble dans des exercices collaboratifs sans aucune comp\u00e9tition. Sur certains jeux des sous groupes ce sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour revenir au groupe entier syst\u00e9matiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retour du client : <\/strong> Mission 100% r\u00e9ussie!
